Congratulations to us!
July 21, 2003 is the day Roaring Brook was founded and incorporated.

A lot has changed in the last 20 years. Here’s what was trending then:

• The internet was referred to as the World Wide Web.
• Bed Bath & Beyond, Pier 1 Imports, The Bombay Company and Linens n Things were all mass market home decor retail superstars, all who we are thankful to for getting us started by selecting art from one of our original portfolios.
• Social media didn’t exist.
• We knew how to do only 3 things: select art from artists, print posters and ship them.
• The price for a gallon of gas had skyrocketed to $1.60 per gallon.
• There was no e-commerce.

It’s mind bending to think what the times were like then, what our business model was, and how we were able to evolve over the years with all the changes in technology and retail. Thank you to all of our clients, artists and vendor partners (past and present) these past 20 years.
